Somnath Education Society Sanchalit Smt. C. P. Choksi Arts & Shri P. L. The college was established in the year 1960 by the world famous Shree Somnath Temple Trust with the noble objective of providing quality education in the fields of Arts and Commerce to students from diverse social and economic backgrounds.

The institution offers Undergraduate programs in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), designed to meet contemporary academic standards and societal needs.

The college is affiliated to Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, Junagadh, and follows the curriculum prescribed by the university according to NEP 2020.
